He is Vice Chairman, Americas, of Jones Lang LaSalle, an international real estate services firm, and founder of their Public Institutions business unit. Mr. Bulls is Chief Executive Officer of Bulls Advisory Group, a real estate consulting and advisory firm, and also co-founded and served as President and CEO of Bulls Capital Partners, a commercial mortgage banking firm. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Bulls completed nearly 12 years of active duty service with the United States Army and retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves in 2008. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, an organization of senior African American business executives from Fortune 500 companies, and former Chairman of the Executive Leadership Foundation. He is former Vice Chairman, West Point Association of Graduates Board of Directors, and is currently a board member and a member of Leadership Washington and the Real Estate Executive Council. Mr. Bulls is a founding member and served as the inaugural President of the African American Real Estate Professionals of Washington, D.C. He is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee for the New York State Teachers' Retirement System. Mr. Bulls is on the board of directors of Comfort Systems, USA, Inc., a provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning services; Computer Sciences Corporation, a technology services provider; Rasmussen Inc., a post-secondary for profit educational services organization; and USAA, a provider of banking, insurance and investment management services to the military community. Mr. Bulls received a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master of business administration degree in finance from Harvard Business School.
Sydney Ann Neuhaus has more than 25 years’ experience in developing and managing strategic communications and reputation management programs. She works directly with CEOs, senior administrators, Board members and subject matter experts for Fortune 500 companies, professional associations, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions. She is experienced in helping clients manage sensitive or high-stakes situations, offering strategic counsel and support in communicating with key stakeholder audiences and the media. Prior to Finsbury, Sydney worked at Fleishman Hillard, receiving the John D. Graham Award for Excellence, given to individuals who best exemplify leadership and the firm’s values. Previously, Sydney headed the PR division of Harrison & Star and worked at Edelman Public Relations, where she was a member of a Silver Anvil-winning team. Ms. Neuhaus received a B.A. in English from Cornell University, graduating with Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. She sits on the Y of Greater New York’s Strong Kids Leadership Council.

From April 2007 to September 2007, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Starwood on an interim basis. He served as Trust Manager at AMRESCO Capital Trust since 1998. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, hotel and leisure company since 2007. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. since April 2, 2007. He served as Senior Advisor of KKR & Co. Inc. (formerly, KKR & Co. L.P.) from July 2008 to January 2009. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Equity Residential, General Partner of ERP Operating Limited Partnership from March 2002 to 2005. From 1995 to 2000, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited. Deborah B. Dunie brings over 30 years of senior-level business experience through key executive positions with leading technology companies. She retired in 2015 as executive vice president and chief technology officer of CACI International, a worldwide information solutions and services provider (NYSE: CACI). During her tenure at CACI, she focused on driving the solutions/services portfolio and was instrumental in identifying and closing 18 mergers/acquisitions aligned to the corporate growth strategy. Dunie has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, mobility, data analytics, and intelligence. Widely quoted in industry publications, she was featured as the cover story for Washington Technology's "Tech Gurus" in May 2011 and in the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Magazine's "Special Section: Cybersecurity" in April 2017. Throughout her career, she focused extensively on developing corporate culture, leadership, talent, and succession planning.
Dunie is currently a board director of two publicly traded Fortune 500 companies: SAIC (NYSE: SAIC) and Alliant Energy Corporation (NYSE: LNT). At SAIC, she serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and the Classified Business Oversight Committee.
Dunie also serves on the boards of Bricata LLC, a venture-backed advanced technology company in the cyber domain; and Objective Interface Systems Inc., a privately held technology company. She is a member and former chair of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International Technical Committee.
